saving problem if SD-Card are not connected

Postby Pfaff » Mon Nov 30, 2009 11:01 am

In case i edit a layer in a project at the PC and in this time connection (between pc and device) will be fail so i have no possibilitys to save the work! There ist no dialog to reconnect with the device or a licencefile, so i can't save my work! Couses for connection fail (till example) are automatic display shot down funktion by connection over USB 1 or if the device turn of!

The mentioned problem is a Widows Mobile related setup issue on your handheld device.

Please, disable the following setup options on your mobile device:

1. Open the "POWER" setup option at Start menu >> Settings >> System tab >> Power >> Advanced tab
2. Switch off the "Turn device if not user for" options for both Power options

This will solve your problem.
